I require a card on file for all clients. That being said, If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment you will be charged a 50% of the service price for a cancellation fee (due to me holding a spot). And not being able to fill it. No shows will be charged 100% of their service. I require all new clients to read this information. Lack of reading my policy does not change the policy themselves. I’m very understanding and I know every cancellation is situational, due to that I will evaluate it as so. Late policy: if you are going to be 15 minutes or later please call or text to notify me. Based on that day's other bookings and appointments we may have to re-evaluate your appointment. We may have to reschedule out of respect for all of my clients and myself. Note that even though you chose to reschedule you will be charged the 50$ Late/rescheduling fee. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100% service fee.
